How glaevo collects, uses, shares, and protects your information — including the accounting data you connect from QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho Books.
glaevo (“glaevo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI accounts receivable assistant that helps businesses follow up on invoices and get paid faster. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We’ve written it to be clear and honest — if anything is unclear, email us at hello@glaevo.com.
glaevo is operated from Islamabad, Pakistan. For the purpose of applicable data protection laws, glaevo is the controller of the account information you provide to us, and acts as a processor / service provider for the accounting data you connect and instruct us to work on your behalf. You can reach us any time at hello@glaevo.com.
When you connect an accounting platform, we access the data described in the “Accounting data” section below, strictly to provide the service.
With your explicit authorization, glaevo connects to your accounting platform — QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Zoho Books — using secure OAuth. We never see or store your login credentials for those platforms. Once connected, and only to operate the service you asked for, we access:
We request the minimum scope necessary and only read the data required to monitor invoices, follow up, and report back to you. We do not modify your books beyond actions you explicitly enable.
glaevo uses artificial intelligence to draft messages and interpret customer replies. To do this, relevant content (such as invoice context and message text) may be sent to our AI provider for processing. We use AI providers under agreements that do not permit your data to be used to train their models, and data is processed only to generate the output you requested.
glaevo is designed to keep a human in control: you set the rules, and disputes, unusually large balances, sensitive customers, and anything outside your configuration are held for your review.
We do not sell your personal information or your customers’ information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers (“sub-processors”) who help us run glaevo, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for us:
| Provider | Purpose |

| Intuit (QuickBooks Online) | Accounting platform you connect — source of invoice & customer data |

| Resend | Sending transactional and follow-up emails |
| Vercel | Application hosting and content delivery |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing |
| Error & uptime monitoring | Diagnostics to keep the service secure and reliable |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights and users’ safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you and this policy will continue to apply).
Our promise for connected accounting data:
You may revoke glaevo’s access from within glaevo’s settings or directly in your QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho account’s connected-apps settings.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect a platform, we stop accessing new data from it. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymize your personal information and connected-account data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. To request deletion, email hello@glaevo.com.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and to respond quickly if an issue arises. Learn more on our Security page.
glaevo is operated from Pakistan and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other countries. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as our providers’ standard contractual clauses) to protect it consistent with this policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA/UK, these rights arise under the GDPR; if you are in California, under the CCPA/CPRA (including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them). To exercise any right, email hello@glaevo.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Because much of the connected data belongs to your business, we may direct certain requests to the relevant account owner.
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. See our Cookie Policy for the full details and how to manage them.
glaevo is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of glaevo after an update means you accept the revised policy.
