What cookies glaevo uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
This Cookie Policy explains how glaevo uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. We keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They’re widely used to make sites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners. Similar technologies like local storage work in comparable ways. We refer to all of these as “cookies” here.
We use cookies to keep you securely signed in, remember your settings (like light or dark theme), and keep the service reliable and secure. We do not use cookies to sell your data or to build advertising profiles.
| Category | Purpose | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in and protect your account. Set by our authentication provider (Supabase). The site cannot function without these. | Required |
| Preferences | Remember choices such as your light/dark theme so the app looks the way you left it. Stored on your device via local storage. | Yes, via your browser |
| Security | Help detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity and keep the service safe. | Required |
| Performance & diagnostics | Limited, aggregated data that helps us understand errors and keep glaevo running smoothly. We keep this minimal and do not use it for advertising. | Yes, via your browser |
Some cookies are set by the trusted providers that help us run glaevo (for example, our authentication and hosting providers). These providers act on our behalf and are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not allow third parties to use cookies on glaevo for their own advertising.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you or block cookies. Because our strictly necessary cookies are required to sign in, blocking them may prevent you from using parts of the Service. Helpful guides:
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to it, glaevo does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but we already limit tracking to what’s described above.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
